Responsibilities
**Client Interaction**
- Respond to inquiries about hotel availability, rates, and amenities.
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable hotels based on their preferences and budget.
**Reservation Management**
- Book hotel accommodations using reservation systems.
- Confirm reservations, process payments, and provide booking confirmations.
**Product Knowledge**
- Stay updated on hotel industry trends, new properties, and promotions.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of various hotels, including room types, facilities, and services.
**Customer Service**
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Assist clients with modifications, cancellations, and re-bookings as needed.
**Sales and Upselling**
- Upsell additional services such as room upgrades, transportation, and package deals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
**Communication with Hotels**
- Liaise with hotel representatives to negotiate rates, resolve booking issues, and secure special arrangements for clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with hotel partners.
**Documentation and Record Keeping**
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all bookings.
- Keep detailed records of client preferences, special requests, and feedback.
**Problem Resolution**
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to hotel bookings promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer concerns.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and booking platforms.

Education and Qualifications
