Work in a fast paced and customer service oriented environment; perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner; work as a part of a team as well as complete assignments independently; take instructions from Manager; interact with co-workers, Managers, guests and the public in a professional and pleasant manner.
Remove dirty dishes from guest tables, using proper cleaning method. Reset tables at conclusion of each meal.
Make sure all tables are set correctly according to AURO Hotels and Brand standards.
Properly set up server station per meal period.
Keep server station clean and clear of dishes, glassware, etc.
Report all incidents (compliments/complaints) to Manager.
Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
Help in restaurant/outlet/kitchen when extra duties are assigned.
