Litigation Attorney, NYC/Remote - Law Firm

Job Title: Employment Litigation Attorney

Job Location: Washington, DC or Fully Remote from NY, MD, VA, or PA

I am a search firm representing a midsized firm located in DC. All inquiries will remain confidential unless your permission is given!

• The role will involve all phases of a busy commercial, financial and employment litigation practice.
• The attorney will have significant responsibilities in all aspects of the litigation including drafting pleadings, discovery, court appearances, taking and defending depositions and trial work.
• Seeking someone who can work relatively independently and has some deposition experience at a minimum defending
• Mostly federal matters
• Someone sitting in DC, MD, VA, PA, NY, or NJ is preferred, but the role can be 100% remote with the exception of court appearances
• Seeking 5 to 9 years experience
• Ideally have some employment litigation experience

Firm information:

• Hours 1600-1800
• Compensation variable based on experience and pedigree ($200k-$300k) plus bonuses
• Fully remote option
