* Perform surveying assignments requiring a solid grasp of basic surveying principles and the exercise of professional judgment.
* Perform work under supervision of the Survey Department Manager.
* Ability to establish right of way lines and property boundaries from field collected data and public records.
* Ability to use collected data to provide mapping for engineering projects and construction plans.
* Prepare and certify various types of plats, maps, descriptions, reports and exhibits.
* Assist and mentor survey office and field personnel in the performance of their duties.
* Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with the Health and Safety Plan.
