Electrical Assembly Technician

Job description

We have an amazing contract-to-hire opportunity for an Assembly Technician near the airport in Columbus!

Our client, a leader in the Engineering and Manufacturing industries, is adding an Assembly Technician to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team that thrives on partnership and teamwork.

The responsibilities for the Assembly Technician include, but are not limited to the following:
-Confidently integrate printed circuit boards and other electronic components
-Assemble wire harnesses and electronic sub-assemblies
-Solder wires to PCBs
-Test and Calibrate equipment
-Lift up-to 70 pounds/140 pounds (team lift)

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma
-Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Exel
-Maintain accurate records of product calibration and testing results
-Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams

Highly-Desired:
-Experience assembling electronics
-Experience soldering, but we will train
-Experience in mechanical assembly
