**Sales Coordinator - Entry to Intermediate Level**

*Coughlin Automotive Group is immediately hiring for Sales Coordinators to join our growing team.*

Since 1991, Coughlin Automotive Group has been growing to provide customers with the best quality shopping experience and the highest customer satisfaction possible. Our centrally located Business Development Center in Worthington is growing with sales traffic from our 12 dealership locations and we need motivated Sales Coordinators to meet the demand!

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the initial connection between the customer and their new vehicle. Your role will be to process inbound leads, make outbound dials to in-market customers and handle email outreach to motivate potential buyers to visit one of our showrooms. Your qualified opportunities are then turned over to the dealerships sales staff and managers to convert and close.

**Preferred Qualities & Qualifications:**

*Previous call center, BDC, and/or sales experience is a plus but not a requirement

*Self-driven, goal oriented, and outgoing

*Strong phone presence & ability to engage leads and overcome objections

*Quick learner & fun to work with

*Ability to multi-task

*Persistent and process oriented

**Compensation & Benefits:**

*Full-time Employment: Mon - Sat hours of operations, closed Sundays

*Compensation: Hourly Base plus Bonus

**Hours:**

*We are currently primarily looking for candidates that are able to work the following schedules:

- 11:30am-8:00pm Monday-Thursday and 9:30am-6:00pm Friday

- 11:30am-8:00pm Tuesday-Thursday, 9:30-6:00pm Friday, Saturday 8:30-5:00pm
