Hiring Opportunity: Gahanna, Ohio
Our client is a face paced job shop team environment where all employees are cross trained utilized in various departments. Our client serves telecommunications, technology, power, medical and food industries.
Job Requirements

Required:
- TIG AND MIG welding experience; 5-7 years in relatable industry.
- Proven proficiency and demonstrated skill in both TIG + MIG welding with a variety of metals; particularly Stainless down to 20 ga. (Average ga is 14-16.) and some Aluminum.
- Experience with Modular Fixturing - 1 yr. minimum
- Weld test / print test and interview required at time of interview. Candidate to supply helmet/gloves.
- Proven ability to read and interpret drawings and weld symbols. Willing and able to grind and polish, stud and spot weld as required.
- Formal Welding School training
Education:
- High school or equivalent with additional Formal Welding school training
- Familiarity with ISO procedures /quality standards is beneficial. Independence is necessary - as is the ability to work as a part of a team.
- Standing, Sitting, Reaching, Bending, Stretching, Lifting to 75 lbs.
- Pushing, Pulling, Fine tactical skills necessary.
- Prefer candidates live in Columbus or surrounding areas.
- Must have your own helmet and tools.
- Familiarity with ISO helpful....
