****Position Summary****

Deliver dependable capability of equipment for innovation. Provide Asset care services to all equipment in the pilot plants of NDC Marysville. Asset Care shall include electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and provide maintenance support to pilot plants. Provides skilled electrical & instrumentation trade services to pilot plant facilities to maintain dependable capability of equipment, including breakdown, planned, and inspection work orders. Troubleshoots and maintains PLC and variable speed drive controlled equipment. Additionally, maintains and troubleshoots plant power distribution equipment, motors, valves, pneumatic devices, control valves, Motor Control Center buckets, motor starters and overloads and related electrical/control system equipment. This individual is also highly knowledgeable and skilled in working with the mechanics of gearboxes, pumps, motors, and other related equipment used in the manufacture of beverages

Maintenance Documentation: Is able to read and update electrical/control schematics, process & instrumentation diagrams, pneumatic diagrams, and hydraulic diagrams. Additionally, is able to capture work done in maintenance management software.

Other (Continuous Improvement): Identifies opportunities to improve site. Able to identify systemic issues, organize cost-effective solutions, and drive for completion.

Safety: Intolerance for unsafe conditions, will speak up when unsafe or questionable conditions are observed.

Job Qualifications (Minimum Education, Experience, and Knowledge)

HS Diploma or GED with industrial electrical maintenance and/or PLC programming background plus 2-5 years experience required. Or Associate's Degree in Electrical Technology, or equivalent, with 0-2 years experience preferred.

Strong computer skills required; Microsoft Office Excel proficiency as well as Computerized Maintenance Management Systems experience preferred.

Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes and propose/implement remedies

Industrial electrical/programming experience, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix a plus

Ability to perform calibrations, installation, and maintenance of process and analytical instrumentation

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and equipment manuals

Continuous improvement mindset

Knowledge of safety procedures (lockout/tag out, arc flash)

Knowledge of inter-workings of pumps, gearboxes, valves, and related components that comprise liquid processing equipment.

Knowledge of liquid processing equipment (i.e. homogenizers, UHT, fillers, etc.)
