****$500.00 SIGINING BONUS - $250.00 AFTER 30 DAYS AND ANOTHER $250.00 AFTER 60 DAYS****

**COMPENSATION**

The compensation plan for this critical role includes:

- $20,000.00 Base salary + commission ($30,000.00 - $40,000.00)

* $2.00 Commission per vehicle serviced (no confusing or complicated commission calculations! Just multiply the number of vehicles serviced each day by your commission rate per vehicle, and based on your hard work, watch the earnings add up)

* Quarterly bonus for satellite radios activated in vehicles

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Visit client dealership locations daily to perform contracted services for customers

* Photograph vehicles at client sites using a company-provided camera, tablet, and equipment

* Capture a brief walk-around video of vehicles as needed

* Capture 360-degree spins of vehicles as needed

* Print window labels (i.e. window stickers and Buyers Guides) as needed and apply them to vehicles using a printer provided by the company

* Interact with dealership personnel during visits to ensure customer satisfaction

* Synchronize (i.e. upload) photos or video clips to companys cloud environment using company software

* Communicate with your supervisor in person, by phone, text, chat, and email regularly about work performance and client satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS

* Valid U.S. Drivers License with clean driving history

* Minimum two years recent, applicable professional career experience

* Experience with digital cameras and with indoor and outdoor photography

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

* Excellent time management skills

* A good driving record, valid driver license and vehicle liability insurance

* Minimum education of a High School diploma or equivalent

* Stout communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

* Comfortable using computers and technology

* Team player with high energy and excellent personality

* No fear, winning attitude
