The hours vary between 4pm to 9pm. Main Responsibilities of a Bilingual Manager: Must be able to speak in both English and Spanish. Supervising the rest of the cleaning crew and inspecting their work to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Scheduling and coordinating staff shifts and replacements as needed. Performing specialized cleaning services and maintaining a custodial budget.
