**Order Processing Coordinator**

**Warrensville Heights, OH - Full Time**

Reporting to Supervisor Order Processing, the Order Processing Coordinator provides the final review of labor, product quotes vs sold & measured for all custom orders. The role performs these activities with a high level of accuracy to ensure what was sold will be installed while maintaining Window Nations margin. Order review and follow up are to be competed in a timely manner to meet our customers expectation for installation and internal turnaround times. This position worksclosely with Admin & Quote Coordinators, EDCs, Sales Managers & outside manufacturers.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

* Review labor and product quotes created by third party vendors or our quote team and compare to Window Nation documentation to ensure highest level of accuracy

* Facilitates any necessary revisions to labor and/or material quotes provided through our quoting team in coordination with EDC

* Work with third party vendors to make any necessary corrections to quoted labor and materials or provide documentation on additional items quoted

* Review system to ensure that all necessary paperwork has been received and properly processed

* Inform Administration Team, Sales Manager, and Sales Representatives if any paperwork is missing or not properly processed

* Review permit/HOA process to ensure that job has been approved by the governing body

* Enter project costs for all materials, labor and financing fees to obtain the project margin

* Ensure that all jobs are above designated gross margin threshold and extra labor expenses are approved by the Ordering Supervisors and/or Manager

* Assist with resolving all pending issues and ensure that they are being addressed in a timely manner

* Update system with post sales issues, comments, and resolutions

* Assist Branch and Sales Managers with resolving all post-sales issues that may cause delays including but not limited to change orders, vendor issues and etc.

* Performs other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

* High school Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred

* 4+ years industry experience or similar

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Expertise in CRMs; Salesforce experience a plus
