Treatment Team Leader
Description
Calling all compassionate and caring behavioral health licensed professionals who are looking to work with a community-based organization providing mental health and substance abuse treatment services. Southeast Healthcare is looking for a PATH Team Leader to lead a team providing support to individuals who are homeless. In this dynamic and rewarding role, there is an emphasis on creating interventions that are strength-based and focused on promoting outreach and engagement to some of the most community's most vulnerable people. Position Requirements
Ability to work with external service delivery partners for effective collaboration and coordination is important for this role. Strong assessment and crisis intervention skills are required. Master's degree and LSW/PC required, LISW/PCC preferred.
