We are seeking a mid-level interior designer with 8-15 years of interior design experience to work on projects across a variety of markets.

**Responsibilities:**

* Willingness to engage in a fast-paced, energetic, and collaborative team environment

* Proactive and willingness to participate in ideation, research, presentation development, and documentation

* Support and/or lead design and documentation efforts on projects of various scales

* Support and/or lead the develop and implementation of design concepts, finish palettes and furniture selections

* Produce design and construction documents and coordinate specifications with guidance

* Assist in the construction administration process including attend meetings, site visits, submittal review and documentation

* Present and communicate design ideas and solutions to clients

**Qualifications**

* 8-15 years professional design experience

* Bachelors or Masters Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program

* NCIDQ certification or track to certification (preferred)

* Strong conceptual and schematic design skills

* Strong design, organizational and communication skills

* Ability to clearly communicate design ideas through sketching or rendering

* Proficiency in Revit, Enscape , Sketch Up or Rhino, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator

* Ability to create and organize graphic presentations and materials

* Experience in researching, selecting and specifying materials and finishes

* Experience with furniture selection

* Eagerness to continue education /learn

* Eagerness to mentor junior/new staff
