**JOB SUMMARY**

Cresco Labs is seeking an **Inventory Control Lead** to join our Supply Chain Team. Inventory Control Leads will help to oversee cycle count processes, inventory recording and accuracy. They will support our Material handlers and Inventory Control Agents in supplying other Cresco departments with all the materials required to complete their tasks.

**CORE JOB DUTIES**

* Ensures accuracy of inventory records from weekly cycle counts of finished foods, packaging goods, and personal protection equipment. Assists in cycle counting when needed

* Investigates and reconciles count variances and finished goods discrepancies identified during check-in and weekly count processes

* Provides finalized records of inventory changes, including transfers and cycle counts

* Completes digital and paper logs for all raw materials being issued to and returned from production teams

* Assists in managing state seed-to-sale system, METRIC

* Electronically accepts and processes facility transfers within METRIC

* Processes rejection returns from order fulfillment

* Assists in training new hires and provides support during training period

* Assists in the implementation of procedures to prevent errors and increase overall accuracy

* Operates lift equipment as needed

* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS**

* Prior experience in inventory control preferred

* High school diploma or GED required

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Microsoft Excel

* Intermediate math skills

* High level of organization skill

* Deadline-driven and detail-oriented

* Sincere commitment to work collaboratively with all company departments and employees

* Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
