Entry Attendant - PBR Columbus

Summary: The venue's Entry Attendant is responsible for managing the flow of patrons within a restaurant/bar setting, ensuring a positive first guest experience, and verifying that guests provide valid, unexpired government-issued identification to establish that they are of lawful drinking age.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Require guests provide valid, unexpired government-issued identification to establish that they are of lawful drinking age prior to entering the venue.

Monitor the flow of guests entering and exiting the venue.

Ensure compliance with occupancy limits as established by the local Fire Marshall.

Organize and manage waiting lines during peak hours and provide clear communication to guests about wait times.

Manage list of guest check ins for parties

Inform management of any potential security concerns

Qualifications:

At least 21 years of age

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in nightlife preferred

Must be able to take and pass ServSafe Alcohol Training

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to solve problems with a sense of urgency

Able to work between the hours of
