P.E, Labellers is seeking a talented Customer Service Sales Manager to ensure the companys customer service objectives/goals are achieved and to provide U.S and Canadian customers with prompt, high-quality product support. The position reports to the LCM Director of P.E. Labellers, USA.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Lead and manage sales campaigns for P.E USA Customer Service products and services. Products Included: Change Parts, Rebuild/Audit Parts, New Machine Spares, and Service Contracts.
* Clearly define and communicate customer requirements and specifications to insure timely and effective solutions, cost build-ups and proposals are developed.
* Generate accurate sales forecast to give the organization a clear understanding of future business.
* Contact, qualify, and close new Customer Service opportunities and rigorously prospect for new business while following up on leads.
* Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials to promote contract offerings.
* Manage commercial aspects of the order, including order acknowledgement, resolution of open issues, invoicing, collection of payments and customer changes.
* Utilize experience, education, technical and product knowledge to develop and close profitable business in line with corporate goals
* Acts as the technical expert to the customer for P.E USA Customer Service products
* Prospects and penetrates assigned accounts independently
* Serves as the key member of the project team to ensure customer expectations are met
**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
* Demonstrated sales effectiveness with track record of consistent goal achievement and sales revenue growth.
* Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Able to interact will all levels of employees, management, and external customers.
* Ability to travel domestically (75%).
* Technical knowledge of packaging equipment or related industry.
* Understanding of commercial terms and ability to negotiate and resolve commercial issues with customers.
* Ability to present and communicate Customer Service products, services, and offerings with technical confidence.
* Ability to develop creditability with customers, reviewing equipment, and advising customers in their environment
