**Homeowner Service Manager** Employment Duration **Regular Full Time** Location **OH - Columbus** Job ID **21121**

As a critical company representative, you will work directly with our homeowners to ensure all service requests are handled promptly and professionally. You will use your knowledge and skills to evaluate the situation, complete minor repairs and schedule work with trade partners and/or vendors. 2+ years of related experience and/or training required. Must be computer proficient or have the capacity to learn how to efficiently operate our scheduling tools. Bachelors degree a plus. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
