**Job Duties:**

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you will:

* Travel to multiple customer sites in assigned region during each shift

* Communicate and enforce company policies

* Assist with training of new and existing staff, continued training as needed

* Maintain regular communication with staff assigned to region, build relationships and drive employee engagement

* Complete and file paperwork, conduct inspections

* Promote a safe working environment

* Oversee general maintenance of equipment

* Supply Inventory

* Daily cleaning at customer sites (as needed)

* Take overall ownership of assigned region

**Hourly Rate:** $13-15.00

**Shift:** This is a second-shift, full-time position with an average of 40 hours a week. Position may require overtime and weekend work as needed.

**Responsibility:** Steubenville region consists of 14 client sites and the staff assigned to these sites.

**Transportation:** Company vehicle is provided to use while working to visit client sites and to transport products and equipment.

**Requirements:**

* You **must** be 18 years old

* A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.

* You **must** have a valid drivers license.

* Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (driving record) is required

**Additional Information / Benefits**

Eligible for $150 sign on bonus to be paid in increments at 30/60/90 days. Attendance requirements apply.
