Were hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative in Columbus, OH or Phoenix, AZ **Position:** At Root, the customer is at the heart of all we do. Were looking to add bilingual representatives to our Customer Service Team who will be instrumental in continually improving the customers' experience. * Deliver a best in class customer experience by promptly responding to customer inquiries via email and phone

* Leverage internal tools to research and resolve customer requests thoroughly and accurately

* Provide recommendations to improve internal dashboards and the product based on interactions with customers

* Proactively reach out to customers to gather continuous feedback

**Requirements**

* **Fluency in Spanish and English or Native Spanish speaker**

* Prior customer service and/or insurance industry related experience

* Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to be timely, patient, and attentive to customer needs and requests

* Friendly disposition with natural ability to read customers and use positive language in customer correspondence

* Willing to go the extra mile attitude

* Willingness to learn and ability to gain deep knowledge of the insurance product and smartphone app

* Detail oriented with affinity for multi-tasking

* Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel), scheduling tools (Gmail), and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
