Seeking Experienced Pharmacy Technicians with Data Entry experience to become part of our team!

Under general supervision of a Data Entry Manager and/or Supervisor, and in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws and regulations ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast, professional and accurate communication.

Responsibilities:

+ Enter new orders into pharmacy computer system for Staff Pharmacist review.

+ Maintain customers' specific information by entering new information, updating and correcting information in pharmacy computer system as required.

+ Generate accurate labels for dispensing.

+ Answer phones to respond to orders inquires.

+ Place outbound calls to facilities to clarify orders as needed.

+ Triage incoming faxes promptly and accurately.

Qualifications:

+ MUST BE a Registered or Certified Pharmacy Technician in the state of OH

+ Previous experience in pharmacy or other related fields

+ LTC pharmacy experience a plus

+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Strong organizational skills

+ High School or Equivalent

Hours: 1st shift, Monday-Friday and rotating weekends
