Job description

Uses the Nursing process to plan, implement, direct and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Works collaboratively with all other disciplines on assigned unit.

Requirements:

-Current registration in New York State as an RN, Diploma and Licensure required.

-Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- BSN preferred.

-1 - 2 years Critical Care experience preferred.

-1 - 2 years Med-Surg experience strongly preferred
-Current BLS required.

-Current ACLS required or completion of ACLS prior to end of orientation required.

-TCAR course completion within the past 3 years preferred or successful completion of TCAR within 4 months of transfer/hire preferred.

-CCRN preferred

-Acute care surgical experience preferred.

-Med-Surg certification preferred.

-Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills are needed.

Salary Range: $54.141/hr - $61.640/hr (Commensurate with Experience)
