**Job Purpose:**

Keeps premises of building in clean and orderly condition by performing duties. These duties can be performed collectively, or a team member could perform just one of these duties in a building

**Duties**

* Clean and polish (fixtures, surfaces and trim)

* Maintain cleanliness in the following areas (rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, cafeterias, locker rooms, and other areas)

* Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

* May potentially buff floors in some facilities

* Clean rugs and mats

* Dust furniture and equipment

* Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels and sills

* Empty wastebaskets and trash bins

* Transport trash and waste to disposal area

**Requirements:**

* Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
