Online Notary Public (Florida)

We are actively hiring Remote Online Notaries to serve OneNotary's clients as an independent contractor or employee, full and part-time. As a Platform Notary, you will conduct a wide variety of platform requests, including but not limited to General Notary Work (GNW) such as Affidavits and Powers of Attorney. We offer the flexibility of working a set schedule or on-demand, based on your availability.

Once approved, you will complete the OneNotary training and onboard with a confident and comprehensive understanding of how the platform works and the customized features we offer to maintain our highest-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Availability to accept and conduct incoming platform requests for website customers and business partners.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure all required fields are filled in and stamps placed according to state and platform requirements.
• Terminate a session if signer fails to comply with the notarization process, according to state and platform requirements.

Qualifications

• You must live and conduct online notarizations in a state with permanent RON legislation.
• In addition to a traditional notary commission, you must be an active, trained and commissioned RON.
• You must have the ability to work from home with a professional appearance, an uninterrupted, uncluttered surroundings and background when conducting live sessions.
