Production Supervisor

Supervisors needed for Day & Night shifts - 12 hour staggered schedule, with every other weekend off

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum 3 years of experience in plastics manufacturing

Ability to work independently with minimal coaching and distractions

Strong written and verbal

Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:

Manage and evaluate line associates (25-30)

Manage employee hours daily, to ensure shift has ample coverage to accomplish the task

Lead by example: Will require a majority of the time spent on the production floor

Provides production team daily instruction based on requirement needs

Completes daily production logs and reports

Handles the raw materials, in-process, and the finished product in an appropriate manner to ensure the final product is safe and meets work specifications.

Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Reports to Production Manager
