Job Title: Packaging Associate - 23-00416

Reputable company in Marion is seeking Packaging Associates. These opportunities offer great longevity with a growing team and sustainable company.
Available Shifts:
1st: 630am-3pm Monday-Friday
2nd: 230pm-11pm Monday-Friday
3rd: 1030pm-7am Sunday-Thursday
New starts would all begin on 2nd shift for their first week to complete orientation and training. Then move to their assigned shift (if different) in week 2.
Pay Rate:
$18.34-$19.25 (shift differential)
Work environment:
Bright, clean environment with a breakroom.
Job Description:
Must be comfortable standing for an 8 hour shift. Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs regularly.
Temp-to-hire window:
Able for permanent placement after 90 days
Requirements:
Successful candidates will have good attendance, great eye-hand coordination, the ability to lift up to 35lbs, and great dependability. This position does NOT require high school diploma.
