Learn more at www.experiencecolumbus.com !**About the job:**In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Mobility Technician assists with safe transfers and ambulation of patients identified by the multidisciplinary team. Maintains accurate and timely documentation, including barriers to meeting program goals. The purpose of this position is to facilitate early mobility to decrease deconditioning and fall risk, decrease pressure ulcers, decrease length of stay, decrease SNF utilization, and increase patient satisfaction.**What you'll do:**Exhibits each of the Mount Carmel Service Excellence Behavior Standards holding self and others accountable and role modeling excellence for all to see.
