- Must be good with your hands and possess the ability to excel in a fast paced environment.

- Arrive at machine prior to shift start to discuss any potential issues with outgoing inspector.

- Understanding the quality checks necessary for each product.

- Perform fiber tear check once every three kicks.

- Perform any other necessary check based on customer specs.

- Notify operator of non-conforming product

- Reclaim work should be worked on by one of the general inspectors each and every time machine goes down

- Help with daily cleaning (sweeping, mopping and organizing)

- Communicate with incoming inspector as to any issues you had throughout shift.
