**PCB Assembler**
Manufacturing- Electronic Solder Assembly **Tasks**
HOERBIGER Engine Technologies/Altronic LLC is seeking a PCB Assembly Operator to join the team in Girard, Ohio. This position works on our production team to hand solder electronic components to meet our quality standards.
This is a full-time position, scheduled weekdays, must be willing to work an off-shift (afternoon, midnight) if necessary.
**Essential Responsibilities**
* Perform hand solder assembly in a productive and of high-quality manner
* Communicate with Team Leads, Supervisors, and co-workers in a respectful and professional manner
* Read and interpret blueprint assembly drawings in order to assemble and hand solder the product
* Read and interpret Manufacturing Work Instruction documents
* Perform basic PC functions to confirm assembly operations within the MRP Computer system
* Perform electronic component assembly via semi-automated machinery
* Willing and able to assist anywhere else within the department or other departments as needed
**Requirements**
* Soldering experience required; performing to IPC soldering standards
* Demonstrated ability to read and interpret work instructions.
* Must be able to read and interpret assembly drawings
* Tasks require keen eyesight and steady hands
* The individual must be able to work in a team environment
* Basic mechanical/electrical aptitude a plus
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment
* Previous related experience desired but not required
* A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required
* Must be able to work productively, safely, and independently without supervision in order to meet quality, productivity, and On-Time goals
* Must have general computer/PC skills
* SAP experience a plus
* Must be willing to work an off-shift (afternoon, midnight) if necessary
