Full-time position: Monday Friday

Salary: $25,000 $35,000/year

**Job Description**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be making outbound calls to our current customers to book them for their annual maintenance on their equipment. A set number of appointments booked must be reached every day to ensure that there are enough calls to support our technicians in the following days. You will promote customer satisfaction by demonstrating a high level of professionalism while still exhibiting empathy and care towards the customers and their situations. You will be on the phone talking with customers leaving the lasting impression of our companys 5-star service.

You must be willing to work well with others and treat our customers as if they are family. You are on the front line of contact with our customers, and they only expect the best from us.

**Responsibilities and duties of this position include, but not limited to:**

* Serving our customers by making outbound calls for their maintenance plans, warranty work, annual system checks and more

* Get accurate information from customers over the phone and compute it into the customer data base for the dispatcher

* Responsible for ensuring three-day call board is filled with service calls

* Answering incoming calls from customers and potential customers

* Work-off of spread sheets of current customers to outbound and fill call board

* Keep in good communication with dispatcher and manager

* Maintain and update customer data base with complete and accurate information
