Location Multicraft Inc., 4701 Lakeside Ave. Salary $16.00 to $18.00 Per Hour Job Type Permanent Posted 22 Feb 2022 We are seeking a full time Customer Service Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for order entry as well as providing help for both our telephone, walk-in and web store customers. Other responsibilities include inventory control and light warehouse duties. Hours are M-F, 8:30 am to 5 pm. $16-$18 per hour.
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and orders
* Provide information about our products and services
* Resolve customer concerns
* Develop a knowledge base of products and services (training provided)
* Maintain daily warehouse product inventory
* Assist in the warehouse as needed
Qualifications:
* Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
* QuickBooks experience preferred
* Knowledge of the printing industry a plus
* Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager experience preferred
* Must be able to lift 70 lbs
* Ability to pass a drug test
* Must have a valid drivers license
