Job description
Title:OH-Customer Service Representative Location:Mogadore, OH**Pay Rate** : Negotiable due to experience **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Order management to include:
+ Record, edit, and enter all new orders received via phone, email, fax, etc.
+ Correspondwith customer to include order acknowledgment, changes, status, and expedites.
+ Customer quotes including pricing and availability (delivery).
+ Enter return goods authorizations
+ Proactive outgoing customer touches
+ Proactive follow up on order status and on-time-delivery.
+ Reporting on order management as required or requested.
* Maintain the customer relationship and sales data including:
+ Pricing changes.
+ Demographic changes (i.e., address).
+ Product changes.
* Maintain appropriate documentation and follow procedures as specified by supervisor / manager, and company policy.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries
* Resolve customer disputes and report any major customer dissatisfaction immediately.
* Building reports as necessary
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Five plus years of customer service experience.
* Highly organized, detailed oriented, and ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.
* Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
* Detail oriented.
Knowledge and/or experience within an ERP system such as JD Edwards.
