**How You'll Make A Difference:**

* The Guest Services team provides the best guest experience to every guest, every day, every time. Associates in these roles are responsible for providing excellent guest assistance to maintain guest satisfaction. The department resolves guest conflict while upholding the highest levels of courtesy, cleanliness, safety, service, integrity, and inclusion.

* A brand ambassador of Kings Island within the park by pro-actively interacting with guests to make sure they are having an Amazing Experience at the park. These associates are responsible for welcoming guests into the park, greeting guests throughout the day, and proactively solve guest problems that occur throughout the guest experience.

* Answers guest questions and concerns in face-to-face, virtual, or phone conversations to provide guest information and tips to have the most amazing experience at the park in a pleasant manner.

* Help troubleshoot difficulties guests are experiencing to minimize interruptions to the guest experience and provide the guest with an amazing experience during their visit.

* Reunites lost parties; assists guests with lost and found items.

* Effectively communicate park promotions to guests and work with guests to suggest the best experience to them while providing them the best ticketing package to meet their familys needs.

* Effectively communicates ride admissions program and distributes brochures and disability guides.

* Maintains high degree of confidentiality of paperwork and information; answers guest e mails as assigned pertaining to an upcoming visit to the park, season pass and ticket questions and inquiries, special promotions, discounts, or special events at the park in a prompt and professional manner.

* Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.

* Other duties may be assigned.

**We're Looking For:**

* 18 years of age or older

* Knowledge of Kings Island is preferred

* Ability to use strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs

* Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law

* Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
