Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

Overview:

Position Objective:

Support the People Services team with a focus on payroll and benefits.

Key Tasks

  • Aid in processing payroll - full Monday to Wednesday on pay weeks
  • Follow up with our operations teams
  • Audit payroll periodically
  • Help facilitate employee services
  • Coordinate corporate and field leaves of absence, including FMLA and ADA paperwork and UKG LOA tracking
  • Coordinate workers compensation claims and complete employer responses as needed
  • Additional benefits support as needed (such as eligibility tracking or invoices)

Key Competencies:

  • Experience with payroll- 3+ years with multi-state payroll processing
  • 1 or more years experience in leave tracking and multi-state workers compensation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • UKG experience preferred
