Bilingual Customer Service Representative, French and English

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Mettler Toledo is looking to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with fluency in both French and English to work in our Columbus, Ohio location. As our Customer Service Representative for Mettler Toledo, you will expertly and courteously represent the company on phone calls, getting to the root of the question or problem and confirming service time of arrival. Using your bilingual skills, you will take calls in both French and English.

Your responsibilities would include:

* Adding new customers to our business system and maintain customer records

* Participating in marketing and sales campaigns

* Assisting with customer transaction questions

* Finding chances to create leads for sales

* An associate's degree preferably in business or communications or one-to-two years of work experience in customer service or operations.

* SAP knowledge and experience working in the business system is preferred.

* Excellent customer service skills to interact with internal and external customers to discuss part orders, share tracking information, resolve service problems,select and route service needs using both English and French.
