Dental Sales / Prosthetics Representative

Job Description:

Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Exp rience :

• Un minimum de 3 ans d exp rience de ventes ax s sur la r alisation des objectifs avec Nobel Biocare ou une exp rience quivalente chez un concurrent direct, ou au minimum 4 ans de ventes ax es sur la r alisation des objectifs, pr f rablement dans la domaine des dispositifs m dicaux.

Exigence de formation :

• Niveau d' tudes : BAC+3 en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe.

Connaissances et comp tences requises :

• Capacit assimiler, comprendre et formaliser des informations cliniques sur des produits fortement techniques li es aux produits de l entreprise et de l industrie.

• Comp tences confirm es en vente.

• Comp tences lev es en communication verbale et crite et en relationnel.

• Comp tences interm diaire en informatique.

• Comp tences en informatique et solutions num riques

• Bonne compr hension du domaine des proth ses dentaires.

• Fortes aptitudes en communication et vente.

• Bonnes aptitudes r soudre les probl mes.

• Capacit travailler avec ses pairs et les fonctions transverses.

• Bonne connaissances informatiques (MS Office, iPad / tablette et autres outils de communication d'entreprise).

• Capable de travailler sous pression.

• Capable de planifier et d organiser de mani re ind pendante les activit s sur le secteur partir des indications du manager, exigences du march et besoins des clients.

• Une maitrise de l anglais est fortement appr ci e.

• Une exp rience dans l'utilisation d'un syst me CRM est fortement pr f r e.
