Delivery Lead

**Description****Position Purpose:** A Delivery Lead at RevLocal is a servant leader focused on value driven solutions by driving agile software development for a product team to rapidly achieve business value. They are responsible for protecting the team from distractions and holding the team accountable to commitments. They perform a wide range of activities that support technology solutions through the creation of software applications or modifying and supporting existing ones. The Delivery Lead is a hands-on role working closely with the product manager, software developers, product designer, clients and stakeholders.**Essential Duties**Serves as the ScrumMaster for the product team, including consistently applying agile and lean delivery methods across all work completed by the product team.Facilitates various scrum ceremonies with the product team, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standup, sprint review, sprint retrospective and scrum of scrum.Drives the utilization of product team members by planning work to achieve desired outcomes successfully and with a high degree of satisfaction.Provides ongoing backlog management, release scheduling, deployment support and incident management response.Ensures quality of work definition for the product team by providing analysis, reference documentation and acceptance criteria through both technical diagrams and written requirements.Effectively identifies and communicates all risks, issues and dependencies and removes blockers for the product team.Applies standardized and consistent delivery methods across all work developed and implemented by the product team.Identifies, tracks and reports on key performance indicators and assists the product team in achieving performance goals.**Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviors**Proven ability to drive continuous delivery in an agile software development environmentAbility to form positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to effectively facilitate virtual and onsite meetings, conduct follow-ups, coordinate communication and maintain appropriate documentation.Ability to develop and deliver virtual and onsite presentations, facilitate planning and strategic discussions, and mediate decision processes.Maintain a positive, humble attitude that embodies servant leadership by putting others first and themselves lastProcess-oriented, continuous improvement mindset with the ability to work and adapt in a fast paced, innovative team environment with both local and remote team membersMust be highly organized and detailed orientedDemonstrates a high achievement drive and critical thinking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand format to technical and non-technical team membersHighly resourceful and independent self-starter with an eagerness to learn and grow professionally**Education & Experience**Bachelors Degree in management information systems, computer science, software development, communications or related field or equivalent work experience.At least 2 years of experience as a ScrumMaster or Project Manager working in an Agile team or Extreme Programming (XP) software development team within a business, agency, contract or consulting environment.Experience building, motivating and leading high performing software development teams.Experience taking proactive action to improve team velocity and code reliability.**Preferred, But Not Required**Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certificationWorking knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence or comparable software development management platforms in a team settingExperience with Salesforce customizationProficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), OneDrive and SharePoint***The above job description represents the essential and most significant duties of the position.
