About This Position

This role enables PUCD to predict future resource requirements and identify concern areas for resources with objective analysis using historical data and statistics and build tools to improve BU efficiencies and summarize key business metrics.

Responsibilities Include

Manage resource data, create resource proposals, and deliver reports to Division Leads and PUCO Dept. Lead containing analysis and proposals that meet business requirements. This includes correlation with cross functional department managers, studying and reporting industry manpower best-practices, ensuring proposals align with the strategy for overall ADC.

Align cross functional BU/DIV management as well as industry standards to propose areas of work efficiency and task time reporting that will bring balance of job completion with encouraging accuracy.

Provide guidance to Division Controllers in each Division to plan divisional resource plan

Analyse multiple data sources (A-requirements, Drawing, Workload, Budget, development schedule, DR Theme schedule, out of office plan, attrition, capability, software story points, etc.) in detail to identify host department outputs relation to resource spending and monitoring trend for efficiency.

Responsible to report resource status for hosting department to hosting department managements bi-weekly and monitor resource indicators for potential future risks.

Identify data trends not previously identified through deep understanding of the data and the ability to holistically review each problem.

Transform data using available or new software to identify trends that lead to actionable problems.

Effectively generate ideas and support building tools in order to automate analysis processes.

Use engineering analysis, develop a risk assessment, considering seriousness, urgency and growth of emerging market problems.

Ensure data integrity through testing of results.

Who We Are Seeking

Required Experience:

Minimum Of 3 Years Of Relevant Experience

Required Education:

Bachelor s Degree in engineering, business or equivalent work experience

Other Job-specific Skills

Ability to objectively investigate, derive conclusions from data and analytically approach problem cause phenomena.Ability to understand business requirements for BUAbility to communicate analysis result to management.Ability to understand financial transaction.Proficiency in Microsoft Power products (BI, Apps, etc)

Work is primarily conducted at an office desk. Some time is spent at test facilities for collaboration.Hybrid (office/home) work is available.Travel and overtime are occasionally required.
