Payroll Data Anlyst

Insight Global is looking for a Payroll Analyst to workf or a large client fo ours in Westerville, OH. This persons main responbility will be to assist the Prayroll prcoessing team integrating and manipulating payroll and benefits data for project work, impelmentation, new employee onboarding etc. They will be responsible for understanding and identifying root cause data issues within Kronos, ADP and Oracle Payroll systems and then mapping out correct ways of fixing those issues. Some issues my include monitoring and analyzing file imports and data briges within the systems, correcting errors within those systems and will also be responsible for creating reports to deliver to the business.

AEP experience

Kronos reporting tools experience
* 3-5 years Payroll Analyst experience

* Strong technical knowledge of payroll systems (doesn't havbe to be configuration)

o Need to understand data bridges, need to understand errors in the data bridges, etc.

o o Can ask enough questions to understand the systems and issues

* Reporting experience within Payroll
