General Production Worker

**Description:**Day to Day: 4 10 s (6:30 am 5 pm) Mon to Thu (Some Friday s for catch up; once a month)Scope of Work: Working with other production operators, running lines & making batches for customers.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESb. Issue silver for batchesc. Help complete material and maintenance verificationsd. Assist in troubleshooting material and process issuese. Coordinate efforts to pre-plan and stage for the next dayh. Prioritize operator tasks according to release dates on the Open Order Reporti. Assign repacks to operators to complete before shipping deadlines2. Help QC Lab in troubleshooting production-related issues and be involved with the corrective action process3. Help manage raw material inventory and cycle countinga. Perform or assign others to complete cycle counting monthlyb. Perform year-end inventoryc. Review fast moving or critical inventory items weekly; order as necessaryd. Help maintain critical material liste. Work with QC to ensure critical items are prioritized for testing to meet the production schedule4.
