We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with at least 4 years of experience in completing discovery responses, reviewing documents for depositions, and preparing pleadings in federal court. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while upholding the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities: Draft and manage the completion of discovery responses and other legal documents. Review and analyze documents for depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings. Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs for filing in federal courts. Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating witness testimony. Conduct legal research and analysis on case-specific issues. Maintain case files and manage case deadlines to ensure timely filings. Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel. Provide administrative support as needed, including document management and filing. Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, with a focus on federal court proceedings. Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Legal Studies or a related field. Paralegal certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures. Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Compensation: $40, 000.00 - 45,000.00
