In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our suite of ERP Products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will be working closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, engineering leaders, product managers, designers, and other key stakeholders to ensure that our solutions are delivered on time and within budget.RESPONSIBILITIES:Teamwork: A commitment to working as part of a team to achieve optimal resultsLead the engineering team, providing guidance and mentorship to help them reach their full potentialImplement engineering processes and methodologies to ensure that our products are developed efficiently and effectivelyCollaborate with product management and key stakeholders to develop and prioritize product roadmaps, client commitments, and feature setsDrive the development and deployment of new features and functionalities, working closely with the engineering team to ensure that they are delivered on time and within budgetEnsure that the engineering team is using the latest tools and technologies to maximize efficiency and productivityRepresent the engineering team in cross-functional meetings, working closely with other departments to ensure that our products are aligned with company goals and objectivesContinuous Improvement: A self-driven desire to find better ways to accomplish thingsQUALIFICATIONS:At least 5+ years of experience in managing engineering teams of 15 Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent working experienceExperience in transforming legacy & monolithic applications into modern software applications in balance with priorities and budget.Experience in Oracle Database Systems & ArchitectureExperience in Amazon or Azure Webservices & On-Premises DatacentersStrong background in applying modern engineering practices (SOLID, DDD, CI/CD, Testing, etc.) to .NET software platformsStrong belief in and use of best practicesStrong experience working in an Agile/Scrum environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholdersRemote working environmentAbility to work in a physical office, if near one of our 3 offices (Wilmington, Irvine, and Scottsdale)One America 401k plan with 4% employer matching on total earnings, not just base (100% fully vested)Company Bonus Plan or Target Sales Commission PlanFlexible Open Paid Time Off Plan10 paid holidays16 hours of paid volunteer timeBlue Cross Blue Shield benefit network (medical/dental/vision)Low-deductible PPO option or HDHP option with employer contributed HSADental with child orthodontiaHealth and wellness benefits including gym and Headspace reimbursementEOE STATEMENT:We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
