Director of TechnologyWhat you will accomplish: The Director of Technology will strategically lead the integration of innovative digital solutions, enhance organizational efficiency, and drive technological advancements aligning with the company's overall business objectives.Job Responsibilities:* Set IT strategy, advise on how technology can enable company strategic goals.* Provide overall leadership, planning, coaching and management in all areas of IT for the company.* Serve as the Company's Business Systems Intelligence expert.* Develop, track, and control the IT annual operating and capital expense budgets.* Leads the business into the most effective and efficient use of the system by staying current on relevant technology trends and evaluates opportunities to drive digital transformation across the company.* Ensures all facilities & employees (remote and onsite) have full and efficient access to support, technology, and business tools.* Oversee the company's network infrastructure and provide security, regulator compliance, and provision for disaster recovery.* Identify, analyze, and lead the technical design, application, development and maintenance of company's web stack, platforms, and roadmaps.* Ensure projects are planned, organized, monitored, and delivered on time and within budget, satisfy customer business needs, and efficiently use IT staff resources.* Build and lead a talented, flexible, responsible systems team with a high sense of urgency.* Negotiate and hold accountable consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products in coordination with SOWs and budgets.* Timely completion of client security surveys and RFP technical requests.* First point of escalation for mission critical projects, troubleshooting and communication around active projects.* Cross functional project management experience with a successful track record of delivering new IT services/offerings.* Develop and personally understand the business requirements that are required and work closely with the internal and external stakeholders to obtain agreement on the intended outcome of projects.* Build investment cases for technologies and teams and secure buy in for these from senior management.* Developing and establishing operating policies and procedures for computing and information technology.* Lead, manage and hold accountable a team of 3.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field, preferred.* 10+ years of relevant experience in ITRequired Skills:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Proficient in latest technology for IT systems and management.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.* Excellent analytical and management skills.* Excellent interpersonal skills.* Thorough understanding of IT and practical applications to support the company's goals.* Experience with WMS, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAGE, Tableau, Monday.com, Salesforce are a plus.Be a LEADER every dayAt Leaderpromos Marketing Agency we love coming to work every day, and we have strong beliefs in how we show up to work together.
