Value Vet Affordable Pet Care is seeking an Online Veterinary Retail Store Associate to join our team! Our online store is an extension of our veterinary clinics in GA, TN, and VA. We are looking for someone that is self-motivated with great customer service skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Answering multiple phone calls regarding product questions and inquiries.
* Managing store inventory.
* Working with the Inventory Manager to ensure correct products are stocked to meet clients needs.
* Watching the market to ensure our pricing is correct.
* Implementing marketing activities.
* Fulfilling and shipping online and phone orders.
* Helping customers make payments for products.
* Educating customers about products.
* Creating and implementing new ways to bring in revenue.
* Full time - if ability to help receptionists in downtime.
* 1-2 years of Veterinary experience required.
Pay based on experience.
