Customer Service Representative

July 28, 2021 Customer Service Representative Metro Group Miami in Hollywood, FL is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to start Immediately.

We are a dynamic leader in the signage, event, and sports industries. We are currently looking for an experienced CSR.

You will be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers at our corporate office. You will work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, and in-person. You will be working to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.

Our ideal candidate for this position is a person who is outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and has the ability to build relationships. Great listening skills, organization, and an outstanding work ethic are highly valued in candidates. Being fluent in Spanish is a plus.

You will learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders. You will be involved in all aspects of business operations and play an integral role in the success of the MGM team!

**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**

* Located in Hollywood, FL

* Paid PTO and Holidays

* The position is Full Time + OT with benefits paid vacation and holidays
