Consider joining our team as the Customer Service Administrator, an administrative support member of the Carolina Regional Office Team in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Who you are:
* You have excellent customer service and communication skills.
* You have strong computer skills, including MS Office products.
* You have administrative experience, including the writing of reports and business correspondence.
* You have experience in a high volume, busy office with competing demands.
* You are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
What you will do as our Customer Service Administrator:
* You'll function as a primary point of contact for residents and homeowners in your assigned portfolio.
* You'll assist Association Managers by providing administrative support, such as drafting and typing correspondence, making copies, and filing.
* You'll resolve customer service issues and provide continuous feedback to Association Managers.
* You'll prepare newsletters, mass community mailings, and other clerical items.
* You'll communicate regularly with Board members regarding project statuses and pending tasks.
* Office Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am-5:30pm, and Friday 8am-1pm
