Customer Service Specialist
Job description
Location: Nashville, TN - HYBRID
Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for working with customers to address their concerns and offer satisfactory solutions.
What You'll Do:
* Retain business while providing additional services to customers.
* Answer, research, and address customer concerns.
* Ability to offer satisfactory solutions to customer concerns.
* Record customer interaction in business system.
* Maintain required average daily call volume.
What You'll Need:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Desire for customer satisfaction.
* Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products.
* Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally, both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm with a high degree of accuracy while talking.
* Must be able to navigate within multiple systems.
* Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with people at all levels.
