**POSITION SUMMARY:**

TNH Body Shop is looking for a motivated person to join our team. We are a fast-paced busy office/shop in need of a detail oriented multitasking receptionist. The Body Shop Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring the Body Shop receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from both inbound and outbound calls and customer, assist with Accounts Receivable, closing ROs, filling, etc.

**Essential Functions & Responsibilities**

* Greeting Customers

* Answering phones

* Setting up repair/estimate appointments

* Contacting insurance companies

* Monthly invoicing

* Ensure R.O. are closed and file accuracy and SOP, DRP and regulatory (BAR) compliance during repair and prior to vehicle delivery

* Maintain Accounts Receivables, and Cash Handling procedures to company standards

* Other duties as assigned

**Skill and Requirements**

* Answering multiple calls at once

* Accounts receivable

* Excellent phone etiquette

* Friendly, welcoming, and positive attitude

* Complete Tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

* Computer typing abilities.

* Ability to multitask, prioritize and shift gears quickly.

* Attention to detail.

* Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written

* Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance

**Experience and Education**

* Prior experience working in an office setting. Customer service is a must, 2-4 years of experience.

* High school diploma or GED
