What You'll Do

In our state of the art, outpatient clinics, you can put your passion to work in meaningful ways by:

* Using your extensive expertise - and sincere desire to help people - to evaluate and treat active older adult patients

* Use your amazing leadership skills to grow and develop other professionals on your team

* Connect with family members, physicians, and other team members to coordinate care and deliver successful outcomes

* Inspire your patients to set and reach goals, so they can live their best life

* Be proactive identifying the patients needs and acting on them

* Use your expertise to independently and creatively to create the road map to your patient achieving their goals

What You'll Bring

* Licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist

* Established clinicians with at least two (2) years of clinical experience

* A passion for working with active older adults
