HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Licensed Counselor or Licensed Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) for a dynamic role with dual responsibility of Clinical Director and Clinician. This position offers the ability to work with clients 50% of the time, and manage operations of a Clinic specializing on rehabilitation of post sentenced individuals in the outpatient setting. Enjoy working for a team lead by an experienced Forensic Clinician, with the focus of providing individualized assessments and tailored services through a non-judgmental lens.

• Clinical Director will work FT; 4;10-hour shifts
• Clinical Director will join as a Regional Clinical Director (Santa Maria, SLO)
• Clinical Director provides direct client services 50% of the time
• Clinical Director caseload of clients is consistent of post sentenced sex-offenders
• Clinical Director will ensure Clinical team at each site is meeting projected metrics goals
• Clinical Director will participate in stakeholder s meetings and presentations
• Clinical Director provides supervision of Associate staff carrying a caseload & group therapy
• Clinical Director will assure appropriate policy and programs adhere with Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities Standards
• Clinical Director will be an ongoing resource to the treatment team, sharing current research and knowledge

Licensed Clinical Director, LPC, LMFT, LCSW Requirements:

• Master s Degree
• Independent License (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
• 3 years of management experience
• 3 years experience in a Forensic setting (preferred)
• Clinician must reside near San Luis Obispo or Santa Maria (relocation provided)

Licensed Clinical Director, LPC, LMFT, LCSW Compensation:

• 125K - 135K
• 5-10K annual bonus
