Role Description
This is a full-time on-site sales role for a Family Service Counselor located in Marietta, GA. The Family Service Counselor will be responsible for providing cemetery sales support to families, coordinating funeral services (at-need and pre-need), assisting with lead generation, and communicating with insurance providers. Additionally, the Family Service Counselor will play a pivotal role in helping families plan services that create meaningful experiences and lasting memories.
Qualifications
- Experience in family services, funeral homes, and cemeteries sales is strongly preferred
- Strong lead generation and communication skills
- Knowledge of insurance processes
- Compassion and empathy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in the funeral industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
